You have 30 calendar days or 50 working hours to put your purchase to the test in the field or on the job.
Work-Ready Use Allowed
Reasonable wear from testing is perfectly acceptable—we expect you to put it to work.
No-Hassle Returns
Just give us a call, and our team will coordinate a smooth return process, including pickup if needed.
Exchange or Refund
We’ll either refund you or help you find the perfect replacement from our growing inventory.
Upfront Restocking Terms
If there’s a restocking fee, you’ll know it before you agree to anything—no gotchas, no tricks.
